30 DAY POLICY
We have a 30 day exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage. Damage not noted at time of delivery is a customer's responsibility unless replacement is ordered.
Prices and manufacturer's product specifications subject to change. Products ordered at different times may not match.
Product colors vary in reproduction and dye lot. If your need a precise color match or your color is not pictured, please request a free sample or catalog by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Substitution of products of equal or superior quality, due to manufacturer problems or regional availability, may be made to improve service.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and cancellations after shipment must be authorized in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging in order to be returned. Orders of $2000 or more are subject to a restocking charge. Please call (732) 780-6665 within 30 days of receiving your items and a customer service representative will assess your situation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call (732) 780-6665 and a customer service representative will gladly help you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
